Our on-reserve housing coordinators have done long term strategic planning. With three to four years of different products and testing, we found that we may have a concept that works. By adding these "innovative features" to our homes during construction has resulted in a reduction in home maintenance. Since the inception of our concept, we have incorporated these features into all the homes that we renovate and construct.

In June of 2002, a corporate decision was made to create the corporate body, AC Realty Limited Partnership, which would offer this of innovative home to the rest of Saskatchewan and possibly market it to the rest of Canada.

AC Realty Limited Partnership is a limited partnership comprised of the three member First Nations; each owning 33% of the limited partnership with a general partner, AC Realty LTD owning 1% equity and managing the day-to-day operations of the partnership.
