Agency Chiefs Tribal Council has always strived to evolve as an organization that meets the ever-increasing changes and issues affecting First Nations. Directing these changes are the communities of Agency Chiefs Tribal Council; the three First nations determined to move toward a shared vision for our people. Witchekan Lake First Nation, Big River First Nation and Pelican Lake First Nation have a common vision of economic growth, healthy families and communities and that vision continues to be the guide for Agency Chiefs Tribal Council.

The three member First Nations have taken the aggressive approach to dealing with the critical issues surrounding First Nation housing. What resulted was an innovative design for a home that addressed both the short term and the long term maintenance issues that have been a problem in the past.
